This Refund Policy explains the terms under which payments and subscriptions are handled for users of Fravo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Free Trials

Fravo offers a 1-month free trial on all subscription plans. During this period, no payment is required, and you may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

2. Subscription Payments

All subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annually).

• Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are final and not subject to refund.

3. Add-On Purchases

Payments for additional bid packs or other add-on features are also non-refundable.

4. Service Downtime

If Fravo experiences unexpected downtime or a major technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, we may, at our discretion, extend your subscription period to compensate for the affected time.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate charges caused by a billing error.
• Unauthorized payments where fraud is proven.

Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
